Our brief was to completely redesign the 'Documents & Guidelines' page on their website, due to having a dated, confusing and long page listing out their existing documents. My job was to optimise experience for users; this was done by making a simple, clear and more intuitive page. The project began with a detailed discovery phase, where we identified user and client pain points with the existing page and clarified goals for the redesign. I translated these insights into wireframes, iterating through client feedback and usability testing to arrive at a final design. The solution incorporated UX enhancements like an intuitive search bar, a tagging system for improved content categorisation, and thoughtfully designed iconography to boost element comprehension. These features collectively enhanced user engagement and streamlined content accessibility.
